I lead by example, so my life is structured around my own health and wellbeing. I follow a specific nutrition plan and training plan to build muscle and burn fat, in order to potentially compete in a Bikini bodybuilding competition. I appreciate the fact that massage is highly important not just mechanically but mentally too, I benefit from a treatment massively after a tough training session, as it gives me a chance to help my body recover, but also allows me to talk to others about training and pick up tips! Even for my clients who wouldn't class themselves as athletes, treatments can help with everyday tasks and posture, even those niggles that you think aren't affecting you that much, actually are!!!!
Massages shouldn't be seen as a 'treat', it is a necessity, no matter what path of life we take. It is SO important to look after our bodies as it genuinely is the only one we have. I LOVE what I do, and that comes across through my treatments.
For those who are nervous if it's their first treatment, I totally understand, I had to have my first treatment one time too!!! Aside from the massage and my training, I am a HUGE foodie and enjoy spending my one cheat meal a week somewhere amazing, so any tips let me know! I enjoy travelling, getting out and about for the day and spending time with my friends and family.
